Bulk Send messages a segment in one go: a promo, a reactivation, an announcement. It uses the same templates, variables and safety rails as everything else.

Define the segment

Pick owners and add conditions, the same condition builder triggers use. Preview count shows exactly how many contacts match before anything sends. You can also start from the contacts table: select rows there and message just those.

Compose

Add a WhatsApp, email or call step and pick a template or write a one-off. Variables resolve per recipient, so a bulk message still opens with [firstname]. Send now, schedule for later, or park it as a draft.

What keeps it safe

Bulk messages join the same per-number queue as everything else. Personal numbers connected via Evolution API pace out automatically with gaps and daily caps; a Business API number sends at full speed. If a recipient replies mid-campaign, their remaining queued messages are cancelled, so nobody gets blast number two while a rep is already talking to them.

Tracking

The Sends tab lists each campaign with live counts: queued, sent, failed. Every sent message also appears on its contact’s timeline like any other touch.
