  <Accordion title="Will automation get my WhatsApp number banned?">
    This is the risk Nudge is built around. Personal numbers connected via Evolution API are paced automatically: a gap between sends, hourly and daily caps, and working-hours gating. Volume that needs speed belongs on an official WhatsApp Business API number instead. The two lanes exist so your reps' numbers never carry broadcast traffic.

  <Accordion title="What happens when a lead replies?">
    Automation stops for that contact. Queued automated messages are cancelled instantly and the conversation continues in the Inbox with a human. A reply never gets a robot answer.

  <Accordion title="Can the same trigger message someone twice?">
    No. A trigger fires once per contact, ever. Editing the trigger resets this deliberately, so a corrected message can reach the audience again.

  <Accordion title="What if a template has no version in the lead's language?">
    Nudge holds the message rather than send the wrong language. A template with no language tabs is treated as language-neutral and goes to everyone.

  <Accordion title="Do I have to leave HubSpot?">

    Yes. Every contact page has a **Skip automations** toggle.
